Larkspur shuttle
The SMART Connect Larkspur shuttle serves the SMART Larkspur station, the Golden Gate Ferry Larkspur Terminal, and the surrounding Larkspur Landing area. On weekends, SMART Connect Larkspur also serves The Village and Town Center shopping malls in Corte Madera.
The Connect Larkspur shuttle provides an alternative to the Central Marin Ferry Bicycle/Pedestrian Bridge, linking the SMART Larkspur Station with the Golden Gate Larkspur Ferry Terminal. This service is especially convenient for passengers who find the walk challenging. Due to vehicle capacity limits, priority is given to those with limited mobility or those who feel they may not be able to walk from the train station to the ferry terminal.
Although the shuttle may offer shorter train-ferry transfers than those listed in the SMART Riders’ Guide, riders should plan according to the published connections. Please note that SMART trains and Golden Gate ferries will not wait for the Connect shuttle.

Hours of Service
The shuttle operates:
- Thursday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 12:30 – 7:30 PM
The shuttle follows the same holiday schedule as the SMART train. All trips must start and end within the service area. Weekday and weekend service areas are different.
Weekday Service Area:
The shuttle’s weekday service area centers around the SMART Larkspur Station, the Golden Gate Ferry Larkspur Terminal, and the surrounding Larkspur Landing area.
Weekend Service Area:
The shuttle has an expanded service area on Saturdays and Sundays serving The Village and Town Center shopping malls of Corte Madera. The shuttle will meet you at predetermined pickup and drop-off spots, visible in the Ride Pingo app.
Catching the SMART Connect Larkspur shuttle at the SMART train station
The shuttle meets every southbound train at the SMART Larkspur train station within 10 minutes. You can find the bright orange shuttle waiting as you exit the train at the drop off area to the south of the platform. Reserve a seat to ride by booking using the Ride Pingo App or by calling 800-727-0279. We recommend making a reservation, as seating is limited. However, walk-ons are also welcome, if space is available.
Catching the SMART Connect Larkspur shuttle at the Larkspur Ferry Terminal
The shuttle meets every northbound ferry within 10 minutes. The shuttle stops at the bus stop area outside of the ferry terminal. Reserve a seat to ride by booking using the Ride Pingo App or by calling 800-727-0279. We recommend making a reservation, as seating is limited. However, walk-ons are also welcome, if space is available.
