Short-Range Transit Plan

The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) requires each transit operator receiving federal funds to prepare, adopt and submit a Short-Range Transit Plan.
SMART has prepared for submittal to the MTC a Short-Range Transit Plan that clearly describes the basis for SMART's capital and operating budgets, and provides the MTC information on projects and programs of regional significance. To view the Approved Final Short-Range Transit Plan click here.
